During the Interragation, R.K. Maroon is shot by what looks like to be Jessica Rabbit. Eddie chases the assassin all the way to Toontown. There Eddie discovers that the assassin was actually Judge Doom, who manages to kidnap Jessica, and later Roger, so he can "dip" them.

I love that movie :) It's a humor-lover's classic. I think Doom framed him, but it's all a tangeled mess.
