why would you want her to sweat?

If she doesn't drink much water, try to make sure she has atleast 2 full glasses or 2 bottles of water per day.

Sweat is based of water, but other than that I don't know if there are any medications that help with this..

As to someone that said "why would you want her to sweat":
Sweating is the body's natural way of cooling itself off, it's about the same as throwing a bucket of water on your head; the water cools you off and so does sweat.

have her make an apt. with the doctor. The body sweats as a cooling mechanism (part of homeostasis). If she's not sweating and lives in the desert it sounds like it could be dangerous. We wouldn't want her body to "overheat".

are you sure she doesn't sweat? Or, is the volume of her sweat displaced by the evaporation rate she experiences in the desert? So long as she hydrates, and isn't suffering the ill effects of heat or sun stroke - she is sweating just at a rate where she does not have sweat condense upon her body.

How about an air-conditioned taxi cab out of the desert?
Why do you make her live in the desert if she does not perspire?
