By beginning, do you mean the metal part? Because if so, it goes on the left! And, yes, guys put it the opposite way.

I would say right. I put it in right side but does it really matter the metal part ends up in the middle anyway. I guess it depends on if you are right handed or left too.

n.n Heh..I don't think it's opposite =/ I'm pretty sure on both sexes the beginning part will go right...I'm not ABSOLUTELY positive...but an even better question is...if the end is tucked away nicely like it should be...who is going to notice which way it's going? Good luck :)

I always thought that when you are putting on the belt, first put it through the loop on the right, so it goes to the right. That's what I do and I think that guys put it on the oppisite. If I've been putting it on wrong though.... woops!

I know I start on the left, but couldn't it depend on whether or not you're right or left-handed? I'm right-handed, so it's easier for me to start on the left. Does that make sense?
