Why won't my pointer/arrow enlarge thumbnails on personal ad sites,etc?

Have tried everything: empty cookies & cache on a regular basis, but still no luck. When I click-on a thumbnail the pointer/arrow flashes real quick with the hand next to it but does nothing. Thanks!

Hi, it might depend on how the website has been coded and what browser you are using - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera etc - a common way of enlarging thumbnails is designed by making the larger image as a pop-up using Javascript - this might have been automatically disabled - you would need to check it in Tools-Internet Options if using Internet Explorer, Preferences in Firefox or Netscape, or if you know you have a popup blocker ?
I would send an email to whoever designed the site, or if there is a technical help contact on the site and check with them too
