1) If you merely want to access the newspaper, you can do so online. The paper I was able to find via Google was the Port Clinton News Herald:

http://www.portclintonnewsherald.com/

2) If you want the physical newspaper, then mail would probably be the best bet if home delivery is not an option due to distance from Port Clinton.

You can put in your information via the subscription section of the above mentioned website (subscriber link is at the top) and they should be able to accomodate you.

Try Googling the name of the town, in quotes, and see if you can get a link to the town paper.

The local chamber of commerce to the town or county area may also show up there and may be able to help you.

Call police there and they will guide you. You may get the paper then through mail.
