On a 1976 xs650 with hi flow air filters and open exhaust, what size JETS should I use for the carbs?

There are no set #s. Every air filter, exhaust and combination of both, will require different jetting. Also the location where you'll be riding will have an affect. The different altitudes above sea level have a different air density. Like up in the mountains, the air is thinner and has less oxygen, which will affect your jetting.
