Just dig a hole and fill it with gravel or rocks. If that dosent fix it then trench it to a ditch(it doesn't have to be a deap trench since it will fill in anyway. If that doesn't fix it get some barrels to catch the water and a small pump then replumb your house and use it as gray water:^)Or use it for your flower beds.

Attach a drain pan and hose to the bottom of the unit and run it away from the house. Home Depot or Lowe's or any hardware store should have them.

the two maximum person-friendly motives your window unit isn't blowing chilly is that it the two must be wiped sparkling or is low on freon. The significant air contraptions generally are the two low on freon ,or the compressor is vulnerable or long gone out thoroughly. you ought to aim to scrub them with a hose and a few reliable tension if no longer the rest positioned your thumb on the top of the hose and create reliable spray. If that would not help regrettably you will ought to call an a/c tech to deliver his gages and verify your freon point, in case you have a leak he can braise that and recharge your freon. If the compressor is shot its very virtually greater value-effective to purchase a clean a/c unit than it is to using utilising a compressor and have it put in and charged.

you can buy some flexible tubing like 11/2 inch OD and connect it to the spout on the unit where the water is coming out of. then just direct the other end of the tubing someplace else and that should solve your messy drip problem
