Hello! If you're apply for an HR job, read the job description carefully, because the questions they ask will be most closely related to your ability to fulfill the job's responsibilities, or to learn to fulfill them quickly.

Some employers use behavioral interviewing. If you have worked in HR before completing your degrees, they might ask you for examples of specific things that you did.

If you are new to the workforce, they might give you a couple of HR scenarios and then ask what you might do in that situation and why. They also might ask questions about Non-HR experiences that could be transferred to the job, e.g. how did you resolve a past conflict?

Most importantly, they want to know who you are as a person, whether you can get along with other people, and learn quickly on the job.

Good luck!
