Anyone want to help me build that crazy metal owl from "Clash of the Titans"?

I want it's head to turn just like the one in the movie. And when it flies I want it done in that super horrible 70's still-frame type of way. Ooooh, and we have to make sure that it makes random clicky noises!

You are on, sister!! That blasted owl fascinated me as a teenager, then it annoyed me, but now I want to help you construct this avain android so we can rule the world!! Will it poop metal shavings? Just curious.......
