press RB and LB together..also press X, Y and A simultaneously..pull up on the left thumb stick to move right..pull down on the right thumb stick to shift left...

Its pretty easy to do.

i dont think you can... i only know the defense.. which is "L + joy stick left or right"... try that... that might help
