Go for the natural thing! I haven't heard of special powder, but I can give you a recipe for the perfect fruit salad. You need all kinds of fruit, honey, and sour cherry juice - this is heaven! If you want to impress your guests or friends, you can serve this in a basket made from half watermelon - my boyfriend did this for my birthday and it was just GREAT!

i have never heard of "fruit salad powder"

The only thing I can think of that would even come close is this stuff that keeps apples from turning brown. But you can get the same effect using lemon juice.

Try Brown & Polson`s Custard powders , available in different flavours like Vanilla, Strawberry, etc.
Follow the instructions on the carton, add chopped fruits as per your choice, & refrigerate. very easy & tastes good.

All you need is fruit. You can add a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning, and some sugar, if you like. It's best with a variety of different coloured fruits. It usually includes at least one kind of melon.

Adding sugar (sprinkle it around like aspoon or two) and allowing the fruit to maserate for a few hours or a day will make it sweet and juicy.
