Although I believe he was 9 during the time of the crime, he was extensively interrogated by the boulder P.D. for over six hours during a single session.
It was a pretty big deal with the media at the time, I think he was ruled out as the focus of investigation by all of the authorities and instead the parents were the ones they kept looking at closely at the time.

No. At least not that it has been publicized. My guess is that they have to get a judge to agree and the Ramsey Lawyers are stressing the fact that he was a minor at the time makes that line of questioning pointless.

If the kinfolk had no longer something to do with it they gets an apology from the police (with any luck)! i'm hoping the case does get closed i myself sense for the kinfolk and all of us in touch.
