Red/White wine - is it healthy? I have heard that every human should drink at least 50ml of red wine every day because its good for your blood pressure, heart etc. Is it true?

You can get the same benefits from dark chocolate ("Dove" brand seems to be the preferred one) without the risks associated with alcohol.

On the other hand, if you like red wine and there's no reason why you need to stay away from alcohol altogether, then drinking a little bit each day could be good for you.

I love wine and drink it 4 or so times a week, not every human should drink it, but for adults there are heart and blood pressure benefits. It does increase some types of cancer so it is really what are your risk factors. My family is predisposed to heart issue s so for me it is ALL upside.

Good Luck

Red wine has anti-oxidants. These are good for you, but the wine is only good for you in moderation and if you are not an alcoholic.
