It depends where in Mexico. I've lived in Acapulco and now I'm living in Cancun. In Acapulco doctors and health care is very cheap compared to the US, but they do get paid well compared to everyone else. Cancun they are a little more expensive but still cheaper than the US. So, no there are many jobs in the US that get paid much higher than health care here but in Mexico it's a good pay for them.
