Snakes are pretty awesome by design and you know that because you have one! I would not worry to much about starting to offer a little bigger food to your snake because typically they will not even try to eat what they can not. If you offer it and the snake does not seem to interested then I would consider that it was in fact to large for them.

no it will not,if the pinkie is too large,your snake will try to eat it,but if it is to large,it will stop trying and spit it out.if your snake does get it down it will keep it down.rule of thumb,only feed it food the diameter of the body of your snake,if you snake is small cut the pinkie in half

theoretically large meals can hurt them, but usually they know what they can and can't eat, and will either ignore it, give up, or throw it up. You'd be amazed what they can swallow. If you are feeding it pinkies, larger pinkies shouldn't be too much of a stretch.

no, not at all.. they are ment to adjust their bodies... if it is too big the snake won't eat it or even kill it sometimes...
