During my summer vacation I slept with my friend's cousin( once). I explicitly told him not to tell her but it seems like he is a guy that kiss and tell. She found out and now we are definitely not talking. My friend is gay and she likes me but I told her that I wasn't into her. Do you think that she has a right to be mad at me..or am I being selfish?
p.s when i slept with him we were both high..she did ask me if i liked her cousin i told her no (its the truth)..he's not my type

Well that would be a question of How much of a friend are you too her? Obviously you guys weren't that good of friends. If one of my friends handled them selves as you did. Asking my family to lie to me and all. It would take a long time before I could talk to you again. If you respected her and her feelings as friends than you would have told her the truth when she asked about her cousin... "he's not my type" High or not doesn't make someone sleep with someone else.Or disrespect a friend..I don't think she is really mad.. She is just hurt and yes she does have a right to be hurt.... If I was her friend... I would tell her that you were never really her friend in the first place.... Friends don't hide stuff "explicitly" behind friends backs... If you handled you self this way, asking her cousin not to tell, You must of known it was going to hurt her.in the first place... I hope is was good for you...If only we could turn the tables on people who pull shi t like this.... Then they would learn that Respect and honesty is the foundation of a true Friendship..
