Jack up and remove wheel and drum,undo the four retaining bolts and axle and bearing housing will pull out.then you need a press to remove old bearing and housing.

pretty simple the bearing is the last removable part there so when u get to it u will need a press to get it out also some one who knows what they are at

Do not try unless you are a qualified mechanic, which you are not. Take it to a garage, special tools needed.
