Put my money up to work for me. Pay off my debts. Make arrangements for my children's futures. Relocate. Take care of my Parents and siblings. And Grandparents. Donate to my favorite charities. Then enjoy the rest of my life.

pack up and get the **** out.
thank you.. thank you very much.
okay, i couldnt just do that. I would try to build my empire so that i could make millions more and then set my daughter up for life, THEN do all the charity things and help certain people in my life who have always been there for me.
oh, i would also be a life long student. learning anything my life desired to know.
sappy, yes. I would rather have kept it at my first answer, but I KNOW guilt would make me think of others before myself eventually.. and making this screwed up world better.

Oh oh, timing is everything, if I had a million dollars I would definitely celebrate big. keeping all the dreams and hopes up to present day and event to be cut by ribbons, lots and lots of ribbons. Oh yeah, I'd be so ready for that sprinkle of magic to happen! Woo-hoo~hoo!

Pay 40% in taxes, leaving me with $600,000 that I would use to pay off my bills, save for the future, give some to my family, and donate the rest to charity.

Well hopefully it would be tax free but even if it wasn't, I would continue my education and not worry about paying bills. I would probably move to NYC and go to school there because I wouldn't have to worry about the high living expense.

quit my job, buy a modest home somewhere in the woods, buy whatever car I wanted (probably something from the 1950s).. invest a large amount of the rest and still live frugally but want for nothing.

Pay my taxes, by myself a nice flat in London, put some away in a savings account, and give the rest to my parents to say thank you for all they've given me. =)
