Outline the tops only with liner and not the bottoms. Outlining both will make your eyes appear smaller but on top will make them appear larger. Use pink on your upper lids. A dark moss color on your bottom lid and a light moss color to the outer sides of your eyes. Use black mascara. You could use a medium colored purple with light purple on sides.

Since your eyes are brown, go to the store and buy Almay Intense i-Color for Brown Eyes. Get the 3 pack of shadow that has purple, brown, and a light brown. Apply the purple to the lids of your eyes, the brown in the crease, and the light brown up to your eyebrows. I have this and it is AMAZING! You might also want to get a purple or brown eyeliner.... I suggest the purple; I also have the purple eyeliner.
I also have brown-red hair, and i personally think that the purple used for the eyes looks good with the hair colour.

First of all, try MAC's powerpoint black eyeliner. Line your inner eyes. and a little bit of the outside as you fo the inner. Like get your lashes, not so much the outside. Make a really thin line on your upper lid, and then smudge it, try macs eyeshadow, its a really nice green for the fall its called overgrown, use maxfactor mascara...and your eyes will def. stand out. It might sound like alot but it looks natural.

U
se a product before apply n makeup that is desighned to keep make up from fading . I use mary kay triple action eye enhancement . I think avon has a simular product and Im pretty sure mabaline does too. Also applying foundation to eye lids will help from fading. To enhance your eye area try using a darker eyeshadow in the crease and outer corner it will make your eyes pop.

Almay makes a new make up that helps make your eyes really pop, for browns you want to stick to purples and pinks. Also use brown eyeliner, sometimes I use a light blue color and it makes my brown eyes really pop. It's the bring out and play up collection. Comes with little diagrams just how to use it.

Go to a department store or sephora or Loreals mall store, it may cost more but you'll get to try and buy products that looks great and don't end up at the bottom of your make up bag! I think a teal or emerald green may work or a bronzy pink . a Highlighting pen is always great to have to apply to the inner conner of your eyes and under the brow. either way have fun trying new shades.
