Im really crampy and tired and im bleeding really heavy. I took midol and advil, nothing is helping for the cramps. im exausted and stuck at work...what helps?

drink a nice cup of ice coffe or hot coffe and try to relax and consintrate on work try to ignore the pains

Exercises definitely help increase energy if your feeling tired and sluggish all the time. I used to feel sluggish all the time and just want to lay in bed. But just taking a brisk walk or 30min on the treadmill helps a great deal and gets your mind off the pain. Another method to help ease the cramp and bleeding is to go on the pill. It really helped me when I got on the pill. The cramp never exist during the time I was on the pill and the bleeding wasn't as heavy and my period was very regular and predictable.

try 2 Tylenol and 1 Advil for the cramps.

You need to take Pamprin...it's the best stuff in the world!! It really really really works! It's so much better than Midol or Asprin!!!

Exercise...take Midol, it has caffeine in it.
