Professor? Does that mean you want to teach college? If so a Masters is (at min). in order and most likey a Doctorate of some type.
To teach on line there are many options. Lost of H.S.'s are beginning to offer on line classes. Phoenix U., check out their site, it gives qualifications they want. You can get an on line certificate at some colleges.

Often if you are already a university professor the online univiersities will contact you. So, become a regular professor first.
