It sounds like Gavin Degraw, but it's not him. the lyrics say something along the lines: "over the rainbow". I did a search and all I get back is the the lyrics to the stupid Wizard of Oz song.

Okay, I know it's not the "IZ" guy...though that one was a very good suggestion. The lyrics to the song are not exactly following the original song "Somewhere over the rainbow" It contains those lyrics within the song. The instrument played in the song is an acoustic guitar (that's it...no drums or anything else) The guys voice is similar to Gavin Degraw's.

Its probally by a hawaiian singer names Isreal
its such a beautiful song:

Oooooooo... Oooooooo... Oooooooo... Oooo... Oooo... Oooo...
Oooooooo... Oooooooo... Oooooooo... Oooooooo...
Somewhere, over the rainbow, way up high,
And the dreams that you dreamed of, Once in a lullaby.
Oh, somewhere over the rainbow, blue birds fly,
And the dreams that you dreamed of, Dreams really do come true.
Someday, I'll wish upon a star,
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where trouble melts like lemon drops,
High above the chimney top,
That's where you'll find me.

Oh, somewhere, over the rainbow, bluebirds fly,
And the dreams that you dare to. Oh why, oh why can't I?

Well, I see trees of green and red roses too,
I'll watch them bloom for me and you.
And I think to myself: What a wonderful world!

Well, I see skies of blue and I see clouds of white,
And the brightness of day.
I like the dark and I think to myself:
What a wonderful world!

The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky,
Are also on the faces of people passing by.
I see friends shaking hands, saying, "How do you do?"
They're really saying, " I...I love you!"

I hear babies cry, and I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more than we'll know.
And I think to myself: What a wonderful world!

Someday, I'll wish upon a star,
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where trouble melts like lemon drops,
High above the chimney top,
That's where you'll find me.

Oh, somewhere, over the rainbow, way up high.
And the dreams that you dare to, Oh why, oh why can't I..?

Title: Rainbow Eyes
Artist(Band): Rainbow

She's been gone since yesterday
Oh I didn't care
Never cared for yesterdays
Fantasies in the air

No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But I've lost my way
She had rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes

Love should be a simple plan
A whispering on the shore
No clever words you can't defend
They lead to never more

No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But I've lost my way
She had rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes
Rainbow eyes

Summer nights are colder now
They've taken down the fair
And all the lights have died somehow
Or were they ever there

No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But I've lost my way
She had rainbow eyes
Uuuuh, uuh
