Not really sure, especially since the 3 races (yep, there are only 3) were created to distinguish between the remains of humans. A lot of people don't even understand the 3 races...they mistakenly think that Mexican or Pacific Islander are races, but they're not. They're ethnicities. A Hispanic can either be Caucazoid (if his/her ancestry is mainly European - Spain, for example) or ******* (if his/her ancestry is mainly Caribbean or African) or Mongoloid (though as far as I know there are fewer instances of this, such as, Pacific Islanders who typically have a lot of Spanish blood mixed in with the Asian blood). We're all very mixed so in the end....it doesn't really matter which race or ethnicity we fall into because we don't necessarily adhere to the same customs that our ancestors did (this establishes ethnicity). The only time that it'll matter at all is if you die and there's no other way to determine who you were. Sobering thought.

In Europe and Africa and Asia the races and ethnicities were divided for the most part.
In America they all came together to segregate. The Chinese lived in one area, the Irish in another, the Greeks in another, the Russian Jews...you get it. America is made up of so many backgrounds and they all brought their particular prejudices with them to the new world.
Then you have blacks who were picked as slaves not only because of their size and strength, but because they wouldn't be able to run away in white America.
This melting pot is slowly rotting. And even the new generations are harping all over race values and what not.
Never ending cycle.

Who knows we are all American's plain and simple. If you need to be labled as a (blank) American, and are so damn proud of your heritage most of those types know nothing about get on a damn plane and leave now. I bet you will be sucking d1ck for airfare back to the US in under a month.

I don't know but when I am asked race on a form I answer "human". Then when it ask sex I answer "as often as I can".
