Flip flops for simplicity and comfort.
Ballet flats for comfort and style.
Boots for country-chic.
Black pumps for... "office-chic"! ; )

I don't think denim skirts are cool, I see lots of young women with them, But they seem kind of 80ish, You know with the jean jacket and the jeans, jeans are getting kind of lame, That is why I go with the whole granola mountain equipment co-op look, well I am also a climber so I guess that is why I dress that way, Hey you could do the whole granola look! It's really hot and you would be more likely to meet good people, Cause climbers are usually pretty nice, Well think about it. Everyone your age is doing the whole short denim skirt thing, It's old and lame, try the granola look. Not many people do it, and it's hot, so ha.

I Would Go With A Medium Height LowGloss Pump Or Ooh Ooh, Some Slender Looking Low Cut Hush Puppy Boots.

since its a pencil denim you can dress it up or down depending where your going so for days or work and the weather is good I`d go with a hemp med. heel ankle strap sandal and if its out in the town Id go with an open toe high heel....have a blast!!!

I saw on tv that boots with the "almond shaped" toe are hot with skirts, skinny jeans, etc this fall.

well you could wear any of the following:
some cute pumps
colorful flip flops
sandals with some flair
any of those would be fine - it just depends on what you are comfortable in.
