It depends on what program they are using for contact. That number won't work anyways, because it has '432' in it. The number cannot be higher than 255.

That is not an IP 432 is outside the 255 maximum.
The largest IP is 255.255.255.255
Its a bogus number.

You can do nothing if it is exactly that number. If it looks lLIKE that number you can.
Click your start button, select run and type "ping 234.32.255.1" and your computer will ping theres.
IP addresses are xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, but the numbers between the periods are 255 or less.

you won't really be able to contact them - it doesn't look like any phone number, and it definitely isn't an ip address.
