Just sign up for a new one, and cancel the old.
The new one will tell you how to set up to use them, and will likely send you new software for it.
But note, your email address might need to change too.

You cannot have an ISP on your pc. ISP means internet service provider. How can you have it on your pc??????
Well you probably have a contact with an isp. You have to end the contract and close a new one with the new provider. That`s it.

.
Go ahead and sign up to the new one.
Make the new one your default provider in your email program options.
Then after that one is functioning properly, contact the old ISP and cancel the service.
Then go into your email Options and delete the one you don't want.
Be careful and exact.

Don't worry about it. I've changed providers three times and that was never an issue. Just change and it will be a-ok!
Have a great day!!!

When you sigh up with a new provider, they will send you a CD (or download) with the software you will need. This should change all internal addresses for you.
