If it is a waterproof T-shirt you will have to turn it upside down, and if you want to save the water, get a funnel and pour it into a container. But if it is a normal garment ,just dry it you plonker.

What silly answers. Correct method. Go to a plumbers merchant and buy an outside tap, must be brass, attach it to the shirt and turn it on, hey presto.

Water > plain water?.....put the shirt in the dryer after wringing it out.

Use the sun to dry it cheaper or use an hair drier, tumble drier anything that has heat, radiator for instance

Swing it over your head in a busy high street until some one grabs it from you. Then it wont be your problem anymore.
