My frind gave me hard time, I told in a nice way but she was upset and I was surprised when she said that she used to brush her teeth regurlerly, and take shower every day.

Could be a lot of things from rotten teeth or gum infection, a sinus infection, some food she eats regularly. Some disease will also cause chronic bad breath.

There can be a number of reasons for chronic bad breath, regardless of the person's hygiene. Many have been listed by others here, so I'll just add that NONE of them are contagious.

USED to it sounds like she has poor hygiene and yes you can get something some nasty people if you have intercourse or kiss her, tell her to bathe and brush her teeth everyday it's not a choice it's a necessity.

It could be gigivitis or tooth decay making the breath smell bad..Some people just have bad smelling breath no matter what..Medication and dieting are also a contributor to bad breath...And NO you can't catch bad breath..

Wow, you said that to her? That wasn't nice. It was stupid. You know, it's most likely not something transmittable. You most likely don't smell all minty all the time, either, so leave her alone.

i brush my teeth every day, but only shower every other day... people think that that is weird... maybe its gingivitus. try flossing.
