RUN AN ANTI VIRUS program ... if you can't uninstall it from the "remove programs" then chances are it's not from MSN and could be either a trojan or hijacking virus.

If you don't have on installed on your PC go to:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

It's a free virus scan and should do the trick

Try all the other answers - just about everything has been covered. Scan for a virus and spyware obviously. If all else fails. Right click your taskbar and run task manager. Then click processes. One of those processes is the program giving the problem. Maybe ending the process may solve the problem temporarily. Write the name down first before you end a process. if you think you know the name of the file. Search for it move it to your desk top. Stop it running with task manager then delete the thing. Then empty your recycle bin to get rid of it permanently. But try anti-virus and ccleaner first. You may get some tools from download.com. Also go to f-secure and do an online virus scan.

You could always go to start, search, and then look for any application that has the letters MSN in it. Delete the ones you don't want. If it still happens you can always take them back out of the trash can. If you have any other problems or it doesn't work e-mail me at marcusbrody69@hotmail.com. Thanks. Hope it helps!
