no highway between the two town ...

puy en velais take N88 to Saint etienne and after take highway A47 to Givors and take A7 to LYON.

it's the easy and fast way to go to lyon. and the cheapest !

Take the road to Saint Etienne (via Givors) and from there to Le Puy-en-Velay. The distance is about 135 kms. from Lyon.

Put in the names of the 2 towns. and you will get the most direct route possible, mappy will include the distance, driving time, and even the radar traps and gas needed...very efficient..
