OK - so this is the epitome of an idiot fugitive.. He's wanted by the law, he's on the FBI's most wanted, everyone is looking for him so he drives down the interstate in a car with expired plates!!!! How did this guy stay on the lose for so long???

It was a routine traffic stop by the Nevada Highway Patrol because the car had temporary tags that were not properly displayed. The trooper who did the ID and arrest should get a medal! That Jeffs is a no-good, sleazy scum-bag who is in the same class as slime-mold! Don't come to Vegas if you're trying to hide! It don't work!
