Tough one to call since Rod Serling did both. I'd have to go with Night Gallery. It was more macabre than Twilight Zone. But both are great!

Twilight Zone was Rod Serling at his best but the Night Gallery was very compelling as well.

I loved them both but I think the Twilight Zone was a far superior show. The writing was better.
