Considering how Thailand punishes criminals .. absolutely! Our prisons are like a vacation compared to ones over seas. Not that that is a good thing ... but the USA has made "prison" and "rehab" centers like vacation resorts. Think about what he would have had to endure given the charges against him over there. Good God, that guy wasn't stupid! But the Boulder DA sure was ... stupid c***!

I think since he's basically a poor person with no money, he is hoping a lawsuit will be filed so he can get some money for himself.
Plus, he is a really a totally SICK individual.

More than likely. Unfortunately taxpayers paid for more than just a free ride. He had a LUXURY free ride. Stupid!

I would say Yes he did,that and he was saying before the found him not guilty he said he wants his share in the book sales.
so thats another reason.

I think he is so sick, twisted,nuts,psycho[ you pick the word] that he actually believes he did it. Thailand deported him so they won't take him back! We are stuck with that piece of crap!
