As a long time janet fan I'm really sad about how her career is going lately but on the other hand she sort of deserves it for what i think was wrong of her to discredit rene elizondo for his work with her back in the day....
this a fan question:
on janet's album there's a song called truth in which she declares rene elizondo knows deep down he had nothing to do with her immense success during the rythm nation - janet days...
looking at where her career is now i would have to beg to differ, what do you think?

I am also a Janet Jackson fan and I really don't know if she is telling the truth or not. There is always two sides to a story..
Someone needs to talk to her ex to really find out what happened...

Screw Rene Elizondo...I'm sure he got paid. He didn't get out there and do the dances or sing the songs. He married her. They divorced and he's history. She's 40 yrs old now and is making a nice comeback with her great shape, pretty face and her new cd. The new song with Nelly is hot and plenty of people are loving it. It had to grow on me but I like it now. Janet has been under a lot of scrutiny because of her famous family, her mysterious past, and her Superbowl peek show. She's not perfect...but I still enjoy her music. I wouldn't be surprised if she did have a grown child. It's a shame if she has hidden that but the shame is for the child that has been hidden. Janet will have to answer for whatever injustices she has been a party to. I loved Rhythm Nation, Control, and more of her stuff but I don't think that Rene deserves credit for all that Janet has accomplished.

I think she took a stab at Renee because after 10 years of a "secret marriage" (what the Hell?), he probably hurt her in ways that she needed to let him and everyone else know that she was successful because of HER and not because of HIM!
I thought the Truth would be about whether she had a daughter or not. Would not be surprised if she did.
