An appartment in Montreal?

I am from Argentina and I am planning to study in Montreal, at HEC University, next February. Does anybody knows of an appartment neer the university? I wouldn`t have car and I don`t want to spend a lot of many?

Check out http://www.housingmaps.com/ select Montreal from the city list

It crosses Craigslist for apartments with Google maps. The results are not always perfect, but it is better than nothing.
