call center calling.
No phone numbers. XXXX
No names. because the names they use are FAKE.
i know they are mostly indian.
I know they are breaking the usa law.
Service is excellent though. They found me a mortgage with low interest rate and very very low closing costs, fees etc.

I kid you not, I called a company (who shall remain nameless) a few weeks ago and the CSR's name was Abraham Lincoln. I am not lying.

These call centers are only adequate unless you have a problem they are not accustomed to. Then to try and escalate the situation is an exercise in frustration.

It's no different than people blocking their phone numbers because they are unlisted. Their theory is that, if you don't know who's calling, you'll answer out of curiousity.....and, by the way, what they're doing is totally legal.

why not directly ask the company who run this call center why important informations are missing of fictitious.

Probably because they dont think the Americans would be able to pronounce their names.
