with the a in the circle, i saw it on a shoe with the peace sign next to it, i guess it doesnt mean anything bad, but it is also in the video with head autimatica with the punk girl that gives the preppy girls the fingers hat. i just thought that it was cool and if it meant anything that i liked or stood for then i would start to use it.

It's the symbol for "anarchy" (that is, the violent disestablishment of the government). The irony of that, is the peace symbol next to it.... the government sets the laws to keep mankind safe from itself, and the government keeps the peace. Without the government, anarchy would be the result. With no laws no protect the peace-loving, nor any laws to punish those who would harm or take from others, there can be no peace. Hence a "peaceful anarchist" is contradictory and hypocritical.

Either anarchy (no government) or the symbol for "at". Look at the "2" key on your keyboard. Is the same symbol above the "2"? Hold shift and press the "2" key to type the symbol.
If you're talking about anarchy, anarchy is the political philosophy that any form of government is bad, and that the ideal world would be one where everyone takes care of themselves. Thus there would be no need for police, military, etc. because everyone would keep themselves in check. Each person would be completely independent and responsible.

Symbols mean different things to different people. You can perceive it as bad or good according to your upbringing, your attitude, your culture, your religious background, your education, your beliefs, etc...etc...etc...
Each individual perceive a different meaning related to an eye !
I can't answer for other people but for me it is related to a presence that is always with you. Often symbolizing God's eye, or your Guardian angel. The first thought that came when I saw it was that you have protection from the spirit world. Someone "on the other side" is watching over you and guiding you. But this is only my "feeling". None other than yourself can understand best your symbols dear heart. If you feel it is not good, then it is not ( for you)... And if you "feel it is, then, the answer will come to you in some way.
Good luck in your search.

If you are talking about "@" it means "at". So the person you saw was trying to say "at peace". Which i really like and may use in the future!

I think you are referring to the "at" symbol "@" so the sign would be saying "at peace". It is often used in email or web addresses.

You're not talking about the @ "at" sign are you? That's so commonly known now, I wouldn't think so.
But the "At Peace" sounds pretty cool!
