Every WDW park has its own map, which includes: Bathrooms, baby stations, medical first aid areas, and all the attractions and restaurants in the park. If your still confused when your there don't be afraid to ask any cast members. They are all friendly and know where the closest one will be. Ive been there A LOT and have also figured out which are the biggest, nicest and not busy. There are ones that even on the map people don't use that much and that makes it nicer having to not wait in lines just to use the bathrooms, you wait enough for rides!!!!

Yes it does have the locations of the bathrooms on the park map..

Yes, you can find maps to the parks at the entrance and usually at most of the shops. Each map notes the restrooms.

Each park has a map that has everything on it. But there's probably not one just for bathroom locations.

yes get a map as soon as you walk in and it shows all the bathrooms and baby changing areas as well
