I would start my own business.But first
let me strongly suggest you RESEARCH what ever type of business you might want to start and keep it practical. And by all means don' t quit your present job.

I'm young and am doing pretty good. If I won $50K, I would give at least half of it away to my favorite charities and save the rest to go on some very nice family vacations over the next few years. Maybe I'd take $5k and go play some craps in Vegas- maybe luck would strike twice.

I would pay off my debts and then take the rest and buy the house next door from the neighbors and fix it up, adding it to the family property. I would still owe on the house, but it would be worth the investment.

Pay off some bills and put the rest in education savings accounts for my grandchildren.

I would save some of it, then the rest I'd take my family on a nice vacation. They deserve it.

pay off student loans, pay off my car, go on vacation for a week then use the rest for saving towards a downpayment on a house.

I would take enough out for taxes, then give my husband all of whats left except for $8,000. That I would piss away on my crafts! Show me the money!!!!!

Pay off or up (pay ahead on) any bills and open college savings accounts for my kids.

i will migrate to Australia with my hubby and make a business there, buy a house and a car and will send some to my family =)
