I would encourage you to wear comfortable dress shoes or heels, not boots or sneakers if you can help it. Also if you are unsure about wearing a skirt either make sure it's not too short or try wearing a nice pair of slacks with a nice shirt. Someone else had commented that if you have to ask if it's appropriate, reevaluate your outfit., that's a good idea.

With any interview i think slacks and shirt works the best. Boots are definitely a no.

A skirt sounds good but I would wear shoes, with heels but not too high, not boots.
