You need an attorney and you could also use some counseling. There's apparently more to this story than you're telling.....

You are missing about 500 important details from your question. For example, how did it come about your home was constructed on your mother's property? Did she give you permission? Did the builder make a mistake? Do you have a written agreement regarding this issue? How long ago was it built? Can the house be moved to a property that you own?

You obviously need an attourney that has studied in this area of law. Unfortunately lawyers cost lots of money. My advice is to try out the Prepaid Legal Services expanded plan. They provide unlimited consultation and advice among various other things for only $26 a month, whereas, most attorneys charge several hundred dollars an hour.

Yikes!! Why are you and your mother not getting along? If you own the house but she owns the property its on, she can do anything she wants. Either tough it out or sell the house..If she doesn't want to buy jusy stay..

Did she charge you rent for the 9 months she carried you?
She had the right to have an abortion, but she didn't.
I'm sure there's a better way to resolve this matter.
Don't let money destroy your family, someday you'll regret it!
