Well, if you let it go untreated you could end up with cancer of the cervix and there goes all chances of having children. If you stay on top of it and take care of yourself you should have a very good chance of having children.

Chances are pretty slim that it's gonna make you not able to have children. HPV is a virus kinda like a cold. It can come and go. If you have normal paps you should be just fine. If they come back abnormal then you treat that and it most likely will go away. It shouldn't be any big deal just keep getting routine paps to make sure it doesn't turn into anything bad.

You'll probably be able to have children, but not vaginally. You should have c-section to protect against transmission.

I have personally delivered babies vaginally to women with very large condyloma.
