You may experience some difference in food,culture and personal tastes but don't let that scare you, you can also teach him about your culture and blend the two together. If you and him have kids,religion differences may come up and is something you and him may need to discuss.Does he want to get married in the traditional Indian way or is he willing to get married in the way it is done in your culture? That is just something to think about.
