take him to a game or some he likes and look in his eyes and tell him...hopefully he feels the same way u do....does this do anything with the computers?

Just be prepared that he may not feel the same way about you...as scary and horrible as that sounds it is just easier to be prepared...You may want to kind of just ask him if he has ever thought of taking things beyond friendship...That way before you throw yourself completely out there, you have given him something to think about.
