This one is called "Friends forever", by Vitamin C. I never heard it, but the lyrycs are cool...

the song "graduation" by vitamin c is always a classic one to use
Ive also been to a graduation where they played "good riddance" by green day. They actually had two guys play guitar while the school choir sang it. It was pretty good.

The theme to the tv show Cheers - Where Everybody Knows Your Name.
The Valedictorian of the class before me added it to his speech and had everybody in the room singing along.
It was totally memorable and the words really do apply.
