These poems were written 900 years ago before the advent of moveable type so what you have is a modern translation of the original poems from Farsi. Is there a date when the book was printed? Some of the original translations were done in the 1800s. If the book is that old it may have some worth but first editions are not always valuable and there have been so many different printings of this book it is doubtful that you have a valuable copy. If it has unique illustrations and a particularly beautiful binding and a limited edition printing, perhaps a collector would find it interesting but as far as its investment value? Probably negligible.

If it´s indeed the first limited illustrated edition, it's market value is around $700.00. But check this site:

it probably depends on which first edition it was. There were tons and tons and tons of editions by tons of publishers. you can check
