Hello, first you have to have faith in God, then since you are the woman you should wait for your period and after is over the same day, make a great night preparation, starting with a good dinner with candles light just for your husband and you, with flowers, a great bottle off wine just two cups each the with lots of kisses, you will make love like never but is very important that you finish in top on him and while you are making love ask God with Lot off faith for your dream to come true, something like this, please God make my dream com true, i love ( Your husband name) and i Will be so great full in your name my lord please make my dream come true. then just keep making love till he comes inside you, but don't wash yourself for At list 30 minutes stay put next to him, with Lot's of faith asking God for the miracle in your mind, do this for 6 months, don't tell your husband about it, is your secret with God till it come true. good luck and good faith, and a great healthy beautiful baby. I did it like this and i got two daughter's 24 and 20 Lot's of love Gaviota

It's not a bad sign. My husband and I have been trying for a little over 2 years. No such luck. The first thing that you need to do is you and your husband need to go and get checked by a fertility specialist. There could be many reasons that you haven't become pregnant besides infertility. For example your fallopian tubes could be blocked, stress, your husband could have a low sperm count, he could not have enough ejaculate, his sperm move abnormally, and there are hundreds of other possibilities. These are just a few. So before you get yourself worked up about not being able to have children get checked out. There is also a website and number you could call about it. They will contact your insurance agency and find out exactly what your insurance will cover and how much they will pay. They are very helpful. The number is 1-800-LETS-TRY. The website is http://www.fertilitylifelines.com. Check it out. Good luck.

I would talk to your OBGYN to find out what options you have through them that is covered under your insurance. My sister was worried after only a few months of trying to conceive, her doctor told her to wait a year, and if she still wasn't pregnant, to come see him and they would discuss options. Since you are over that year i would definitely talk to your doctor, i'm sure they can run some tests on you and your husband to see what can be done so you can get pregnant. Have you tried using the fertility monitor? Good luck

First thing you should do is have faith and pray. Second, don't let yourself and your husband get stressed out about it because that certainly won't help. Third, talk to your doctor about it if you haven't already. Have you tried the over-the-counter ovulation tests that tell you when you are ovulating? I'm not sure about what insurance will cover, but I don't think they will cover invitro if you went in that direction. Keep the faith and keep on trying! Good luck to you and your husband!

Get various fertility tests investigated, might be having some problem with, get the treatment done, consult a good fertility center, I think insurance company will take care of the cost.

I think you should stop trying to have sex first, then just do some work out with your husband from now on. And you two need to relax your mind, stop think about to have a baby ASAP. Just try to do some basis things first. Start from the beginning like the first when you guys where dating, go out for a nice dinner (wear a nice dress) but that night just tease him and no sex... next day try to have a nice dinner next day at home, make a romance one and dress less and sweet talk to him and please him.... but still don't lets him to have sex yet..... then the next day call him at work an sweet talk with him.... have another dinner at home... this time dress even less and no wine..... you'll be the one do all the job at dinner time, and sweet talk to him.... then in the middle of the dinner .... have a slow dance, then start to undress him.... then you and him go for it slowly and then enjoy that moment and have fun...... Good Luck!!

Some couples have had success with switching the husband's underwear from briefs to boxers, if you haven't tried this yet.
