Well my dear, try not to drink coffee or soda after your dinner. Also, exercising will give you better sleep. Join school sport activity or read before going to bed. Reading make me sleepy.
Good night my little angel

Get yourself a coloring book. The activity is mindless yet creative and is a little bit of harmless regression. It usually gets me thinking about my problems in a more positive way. Don't try to just draw tho, you may get too critical of your efforts and feel even worse.
Masturbation helps. Sex with a partner can help too but lots of of have no partner or sex is not possible or desirable for some reason.
Exercise. Take a walk outdoors every day; the exercise and sunlight are really good for beating depression. Even if it rains, you still get enough light to make a real difference. Aerobic exercise can be even better if you do it several hours before bed. I find lifting weights very helpful. I haven't heard any statistics on it but I really feel accomplished and tough.
Eat right. Poor diet, whether too much food, too little or just the wrong types will drag you down. You don't have to be a perfectionist about it. Just try to make good choices most of the time and only eat the sugary and fatty stuff when you plan on it as a special treat.
Stick as much as possible to a regular daily routine. Shifting sleep hours is very hard on your body. Moving meals around constantly can play havoc on your blood sugar too. Also, if you do everything in order, you don't have to think so much which can be a huge help in depression.

Sometimes THINGS cannot help a depression, you have to ask for help, from a medical doctor or a psychiaitrist. You have to make the first step, and there are medicines that will help you. You see, I have also been there, but now for 4 years I have been med free...
If meds arent the way you would like to go, there is something I do that makes me feel so much better... I go to a tanning bed. There is something in the UV light that triggers feel good endorphines in your brain...
Good luck to you, and I hope this helps!

Your best bet is to go see a professional doctor who will help you.
And we can't tell you joke. Because we don't know what time you are going to sleep. A nice outdoor walk will help too. Sometimes the fresh air helps us to sleep.
All the best to you. Take care.
