EXERCISE is your best bet!!!! My dad is 83 right now and that is what he done, not in the sense that most people would be thinking here. But he was on the go all the time until we lost my brother and now he has gave up on life.He tries but..........We lost my brother Jan.2,2005. Dad has not been the same since.
