try ebid.com it's like ebay but better cos there's not so many weirdos on it and it doesn't cost as much to sell stuff on it

Local music shops may buy it from you for a good price. Or in the newspaper classifieds, through local schools as parents may want to buy a good saxophone but not the full price for a brand new sax.

advertise in admag or loot or whatever your local free ads paper is called, or put advert in music shop.

beware of music, buying and selling shops, some are just pawn shops and you wont get much for it.
